When you are ready for cloth diaper service, call our office! We will confirm that we deliver to your area and we are always looking to expand. We are thoughtfully adding new customers outside of our current delivery area and make every effort to serve YOU. In minutes, we will complete five brief steps with you right on the phone:
- Answer any questions you have about our service.
- Fill out a Customer Information form with you.
- Confirm the products and services you wish to receive.

- Arrange for your preferred payment option to care for the Start Up Fee ($15 one time fee) and the first four weeks of service ($25/week).

What if I haven’t had my baby yet?
Way to go for exploring options early! We reward pre-planning by providing a Pre-Birth Delivery of cloth diapers and the products you wish to have on hand before your due date. We’ll care for the details and you will have the supplies you need before your baby arrives! Your use of service will begin when you return home from the hospital with your bundle of joy.
What if I’ve already had my baby?
Congratulations! What a gift you are giving your child’s future by choosing cloth diapering. Simply call our office, we’ll facilitate a delivery to your home for the next available delivery date. It’s never too late to choose cloth!
How do I make payments?
Payment of a one-time, non-refundable $15* fee to set up your account and the first four weeks of service initiates your service. Service for one child is $25* per week (one delivery per week), no matter how many diapers that child is using in your home. Additional children can be added at any time at the rate of $13* per week. Payment in the form of MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Your account will be charged automatically at the end of each month for the following month’s deliveries.
How do you know how many diapers I need?
We have highly qualified and skilled staff who are acutely aware of cloth diapering needs. When service begins we estimate how many diapers you will need based on the size and age of your child. After that we will replace the actual number of diapers used each week. At any point your child’s diaper needs change, you can simply make adjustments with our office staff and your delivery of diapers will provide for your child’s needs. Weekly pick up of soiled diapers and delivery of clean diapers are scheduled on a reoccurring day (Holiday adjustments scheduled in advance).
